Founder of Latte Lab Co., Certified Holistic Health Coach—
After navigating my own health and hormone journey, I made the decision to limit caffeine—and quickly realized how hard it was to find nourishing, delicious options that didn’t come loaded with sugar or mystery ingredients. So, I started making my own.
What began as a personal wellness swap turned into Latte Lab Co.: a space where creativity, clean ingredients, and comfort come together in every blend.
Each mix is made by hand in Knoxville using organic, non-GMO ingredients like beet, rose, monk fruit, and Himalayan salt. The flavors are earthy, gently sweet, and designed to support your body without the crash.
When I’m not in the kitchen blending lattes, you’ll find me hiking trails, treasure hunting at local farmer’s markets, or curled up with a mystery novel—latte in hand, of course.
