After noticing how caffeine was impacting my own energy and overall well-being, I began limiting it and quickly realized how difficult it was to find nourishing alternatives that didn’t rely on excess sugar or artifical ingredients. I started crafting my own blends at home.

Each latte blend is thoughtfully made in small batches in Knoxville using simple, recognizable ingredients like cacao, beetroot, matcha, rose petal, and monk fruit. These flavors are earthy, balanced, and designed to feel supportive—never overstimulating.
